Touch Typing Online

I found this to be  great little site for learning to touch-type. Free, but for a small donation, they’ll remove the ads.

Grammarly

Must have tool for many writers. The free version does have some quirks similar to Microsoft Word Spelling and Grammar checker but nevertheless is a valuable resource. The free version is very good at picking up missing hyphens in compound words and missing prepositions.

Smashwords Style Guide

Contains a very useful and easy-to-understand explanation of Word styles. Look in the Contents page for Step 7. If you’re using Word and don’t understand or use Word styles then you’re missing out on Word’s essential and basic feature which gives you complete control over your document. Free download.
